Screen Sieve is a series of experimental black-and-white analog portraits created with a self-developed printing technique. The images were made in the darkroom by exposing photographic paper to videos displayed on a smartphone screen. The process transformed TikTok videos, featuring people talking/performing to the camera, into black-and-white analog photographs, distorting the faces to the point of becoming unrecognizable and ghostlike.
